Terraform Labs’ bankruptcy team is suing Jane Street, saying the firm used inside information to make money during the $40B Terra crash in 2022. The lawsuit claims a former Terraform intern shared private details about planned liquidity withdrawals before everything fell apart.
Jane Street denies this and says the lawsuit is just an attempt to blame others instead of Terraform’s broken system.
This comes after another $4B lawsuit against Jump Trading, as the team keeps trying to recover money for creditors still affected by one of crypto’s biggest crashes.
