The warning signs are very strong.

The S&P 500 is near its highest level, but the market is not healthy underneath.

Right now, only a few very large companies are driving most of the index:

• Top 10 companies ≈ 39% of the index

• Magnificent 7 ≈ 33%

• The other 493 companies have much less impact

This level of concentration has not been seen in over 60 years.

If just a few big companies fall, the whole market could drop quickly.

My view:

Be careful and avoid buying too aggressively.
