Notes from this week:
• AI models are getting smaller but more autonomous
• GPU demand is becoming cyclical, not constant
• Developers are talking more about sovereignty than scalability
That combination changes how I look at infra tokens.
$FLT
Decentralized compute without defaulting to hyperscale cloud providers. If workloads become distributed and dynamic, execution itself has to be flexible and verifiable. Otherwise autonomy is cosmetic.
Agent based systems coordinating tasks across networks. When intelligence is modular and mobile, it needs neutral environments to run in.
Mobile first infrastructure that assumes users are everywhere, not just behind desktops. Lightweight systems push different constraints onto compute and coordination layers.
Interchain thesis still alive. Sovereign chains, shared security experiments, ecosystems that do not want to be absorbed.
None of these projects compete directly.
But they intersect at one tension point:
Who owns the environment where logic executes?
If AI agents coordinate value,
if mobile users expect permanence,
if chains remain sovereign,
then compute cannot quietly sit under a centralized monopoly.
That is where $FLT fits in my head right now.
Not loud.
Structural.
