Every partnership statement I've ever seen has included something like, "We agreed to potentially explore maybe integrating at some undefined future date pending market conditions and sufficient incentives." Although these agreements produce temporary price increases, they hardly ever result in real product integration or user benefit.

Plasma completely changed this script. More than two billion dollars in USDT liquidity has already been committed to the protocol prior to the public mainnet launch, token trading, and the majority of people having heard the term. Speculative deposit farming was not what this was. This was the pre-deployment of infrastructure and cash by significant protocols and institutional actors in anticipation of a synchronized ecosystem launch.
